This years Harvest Fest will be held on Thursday, October 15th. Raffle ticket sales start at 10am and winners will be pulled at 6:00pm. You need not be present to win, but we invite you to join us for snacks and music from 5pm-7pm. Bring your friends and family, we are open to the public. This year’s proceeds will go to Alicia Poole. Alicia has been courageously battling cancer for the past six years. Although her treatments have helped keep the cancer under control, unfortunately it is not curable. She continues to receive weekly treatments in order to manage her condition and maintain her quality of life. Due to the progression of her illness and the severe pain and numbness she experiences daily, she was forced to resign from her job. There are many days when the pain becomes so unbearable that she is unable to get in or out of bed comfortably and often has no choice but to sleep in a chair. The financial burden caused by her illness has become overwhelming. Additional funds would greatly assist her with mounting medical bills, medications, and pain management treatments, including injections and pain shots that are frequently denied by her insurance company. Despite all she faces, she continues to fight with strength and resilience every day. Any support provided would make a meaningful difference in helping her manage both her health and financial challenges during this difficult journey.
